Terms & Conditions

The products on this website are available for purchase by other legitimate businesses.

The minimum order is £150 Ex VAT

The minimum order quantity for any item with a cost price of less than £10 is 2 pieces.

The carriage paid order for delivery within mainland United Kingdom is £300 Ex VAT

Orders of below £300 will attract a shipping charge of £7.00 + VAT

The minimum order value and minimum order quantities apply both to inital orders and re-stocking orders.

Carriage for orders to Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, the Highlands of Scotland, the Isle of Mann and the Channel Islands will be charged at cost price.

All prices, where listed, are unit prices excluding VAT

Dispatch will normally take place within 3-5 working days of placing of the order. If there will be any delays, the customer will be notified and kept fully informed.

Payment for the first order will be against Pro forma prior to dispatch. Thereafter, credit terms, if agreed will be on a case by case basis, but in any event will not be more than 30 days from date of dispatch. Jomoval reserves the right to withdraw credit facilities from customers who do not respect their terms.

Jomoval is able to accept payment by card, cheque or bacs transfer. There is no charge for payment by debit card, however Jomoval will apply a 2% charge for payment by credit card. This is to cover the transaction charges.

Information on this website is accurate to the best of our knowledge, however due to variations in hardware and software of individual users, colour representations may not be exact.

Shipping

Jomoval will choose the best method of dispatch for each order, depending on its weight and volume. The majority of orders will be dispatched on DHL 48 hour service or a Parcelforce 48 hour service.

Intellectual Property Rights

All rights including without limitation copyright, design, pictures, logos, photography, text and trademark rights in the website are owned by Jomoval.

Force Majeure

While Jomoval will make every effort to ensure prompt delivery, we cannot be held responsible for loss or delay due to circumstances beyond our control. Such circumstances include but are not limited to adverse weather conditions and postal strikes.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and all disclaimers and other material on our web site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and any disputes shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts to which both parties submit.
